Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, Deputy Chief of Staff in Charge of Administration.
Madam Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of Administration, carried Ghana’s voice to Paris with precision and purpose. Representing H.E. President John Dramani Mahama, co-founder and host of the Accra Reset, she addressed the ongoing OECD Conference on the Future of Development Cooperation as both a steward of national vision and an architect of a new global narrative. Her presence signaled that Ghana is not a passive recipient of development discourse but a leading voice shaping its future.
On Day One, she delivered the keynote on the progress of the Accra Reset, laying bare the initiatives driving a sovereign, sustainable, and co-created development model for the Global South.
In the margins, alongside Ghana’s Ambassador to France, H.E. Mavis Ama Frimpong, she held substantive bilateral talks with the OECD’s Director of Development Cooperation, Pilar Garrido. It was statecraft executed with clarity: advancing Ghana’s interests while forging partnerships that move the Global South from dependency to agency.
