Ebi Bright, Chief Executive has welcomed, Imam Hassan Ahmed, the newly appointed Metropolitan Chief Imam, together with community chiefs and Ullamahs, to her office.
Ebi Bright welcomes Imam Ahmed to TMA.The visit offered Imam Hassan an opportunity to formally introduce himself and the Management of the Tema Metropolitan Assembly.
Ebi Bright expressed sincere appreciation to the Chief Imam and the Muslim community for their steadfast support throughout her political journey. She encouraged them to continue to have ”confidence in the leadership of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama as he works to deliver the better Ghana we all desire”.
Imam Hassan, in turn, commended the bold and visionary leadership of the Tema Metropolitan Assembly and pledged, together with his leadership, to continue preaching peace, unity, and responsible neighbourliness.
”These are the values that strengthen our communities and move us closer to building a better Ghana for all”, he noted.
