Management staff of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts have undergone training on the Smart Workplace System to strengthen digital operations, improve reporting processes, and enhance decision-making within the Ministry.
The training focused on equipping staff with practical knowledge on document management, workflow automation, and efficient administrative processes to reduce reliance on paper-based systems.

Speaking at the session, Director of Human Resource, Mr. Otto Langmagne emphasized the need for the public sector to embrace technology and adapt to smarter ways of working to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
The training, facilitated by Electronic Solutions Consulting, forms part of the Ministry’s broader efforts to modernize operations and enhance service delivery through technology.
