Two important meetings have beeb held at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, Accra Ghana – the 3rd High‑Level Meeting and the Governing Board Meeting – on behalf of the Acting Minister, Cassiel Ato Forson.
Reaffirming Ghana’s dedication to Peace Keeping Excellence at KPTICDiscussions were open, frank and fruitful engagement. I welcomed and appreciated our international partners for their continued support to the Centre, and assured them of Government’s commitment to take a critical look at central funding support.
The Rep commended the Commandant, Air Vice Marshal David Akrong, and the management staff of the Centre for the measures they have put in place to sustain the Centre.
These engagements reaffirm Ghana’s dedication to peacekeeping excellence and to sustaining the Centre as a hub for regional and global security cooperation.
