Accomplished broadcast and investigative journalist, Godwin Asidiba, has resigned from his role at Media General’s TV3, one of Ghana’s leading television networks.
Asidiba, regarded as one of the most promising talents in Ghanaian journalism, is a recipient of the prestigious BBC Komla Dumor Award, which celebrates outstanding and emerging African journalists making significant impact in the media landscape.
He also holds the title of GJA Journalist of the Year, cementing his reputation as a fearless and dedicated storyteller.

Following his BBC win, Asidiba completed a three-month internship with the BBC in the United Kingdom, where he received advanced newsroom training and broader international exposure.
Although he has not officially announced his next career move, sources indicate that he is currently channeling much of his energy into building and growing his YouTube platform, where he continues to produce compelling stories and documentaries.
