Ghana Freezones Authority and the Ghana mission in the UK have held discussions where both discussed how to collaborate more assertively.
Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland, Madam Zita Benson met with Free Zones Authority Boss, Dr. Mary Awusi.
”I had the great honor today to meet with the team at the Ghana Free Zones Authority under the leadership of Hon. Dr. Mary Awusi to go over the relationship between the Ghana Freezones Authority and the Ghana mission in the UK”, Madam Zita wrote.
Ghana Freezones Authority has a long-standing relationship with the UK, taking part in investment promotions, exchange programs and network engagements by providing incentives to all potential investors across the globe, bringing in Foreign Direct investments into the country.
With Economic diplomacy being the way to go, and with so many UK companies being in the freezones enclave, I was happy to learn about their successes and challenges and be prepared for the way forward with regards to old companies and getting in new investors into the country.
Madam Zita expressed gratitude to Dr Mary Awusi and the team.
”I can assure you that my outfit will work hand in hand with yours to make the Reset Agenda of H.E the President a success”, she noted.
