An Indian company, ATRI Energy Transition Private Limited and Ghana’s 24-Hour Economy Secretariat have signed a landmark MoU to collaborate on renewable energy and agricultural initiatives that will support productivity, exports, and job creation across Ghana.
The partnership will contribute to the implementation of Ghana’s 24-Hour Economy vision by developing 2,000 MW of renewable power over the next five years, establishing agro-ecological zones, expanding plantations across 40,000 hectares, and improving transport infrastructure. The initiative is expected to create around 160,000 jobs, advancing sustainable growth and economic resilience.

Julius Debrah, Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Ghana; and Mr. Augustus Goosie Tanoh, Presidential Advisor For 24- Hour Economy and Accelerated Export Development.
Mr. Sethuraman Kishore, Founder of ATRI Energy Transition Private Limited, expressed optimism about the partnership, noting that it would help address challenges in the energy sector while creating significant employment opportunities.
This collaboration reflects the growing momentum of the India–Ghana Comprehensive Partnership and the expanding role of Indian enterprises in Ghana’s development journey. Looking forward to deeper technology partnerships that drive inclusive and sustainable growth.
