Global Musical Icon Stonebwoy pays curtesy call on Volta Regional Minister, James Gunu ahead of Independence Concert
”Today, I had the pleasure of receiving the President of BHIM Nation and global music icon Stonebwoy, who paid a courtesy call on me ahead of his upcoming Independence concert, “The Torcher Experience.” he wrote.
As a proud son of the Volta Region, Stonebwoy shared his passion for representing Ghana through music and using this special season of Independence to inspire patriotism and national pride among our youth. It is even more significant that his birthday falls on March 5, on the eve of our Independence Day celebrations.

The Minister commended the Bhim Nation President for being a shining star of the Volta Region, Ghana, and the world.
”He continues to make us proud, and I encouraged him to keep shining”, the Minister stated.
“The Torcher Experience” is not just a concert — it is a revival of the spirit of our region. It is an opportunity to remind our young people of the essence of independence, nationalism, and unity as we work together to build the Volta Region and Ghana.
I also wish to sincerely acknowledge and thank H.E Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah‑Atokple, the Council of State Member for the Volta Region, for the significant role he has played in supporting this initiative.
Mr. Gunu said, ”we are proud of Stonebwoy, and we look forward to a historic first-of-its-kind experience in our region”.
