Stephanie Benson tells all about love journey with husband Jon

Ghanaian Born Musician, Stephanie Benson tell it allbout her love journey with Caucasian Husband Jon.
”He was 23, I was 16. He was 6ft 3 inches to my 5ft 4 inches. Stephanie at 16, at first glance, looked a mature 21 year old”.
I never dressed like a teenager all through my teenage years. I had my period at a young age of 10, and within a year, my breast developed into a cup size D. At 16, I was a voluptuous DD, small waist, narrow hips, with skinny legs and a big smile. My biggest pride was my hair which was always beautifully styled.
He couldn’t hide his love for me every time he’d walk past me. I felt it even then I ignored it, because dating was not a part of my world. My life was developing in a cage away from my family in Ghana. Living with my Uncle in the UK, I was his Caged Prize. I think he loved me like a father, but he was unable to show his affection in the way I was used to with my father. I woke up every morning, feeling like a caged animal. So How does a caged animal date?
Every house party with family friends, was under the watchful eye of my Uncle and family. As a 17 year old girl with blazing hormones, I developed a childhood crush on one of our family friends’ son, who also expressed his love for me. This May have been the perfect match for my Uncle’s plan for my life, so courting innocently within the grounds of my cage was allowed.
When God says True love will find you, any key can be unlocked. Jon tried every locksmith he could find for the right key to my heart, and like Prince Charming, he rescued me with the promise to love me unconditionally,  keep my heart protected and safe, respect me, trust me Till death us do part.
My promise to him is to be faithful, respect him, cherish him, to love him the best way I can, till eternity. Jon will always be my forever, my one and only “Mandingo”.
