Seven CSOs in Ghana sign agreement with GIZ

Seven CSOs – Human Rights and Development Services, Muslim Family Counselling Services, Youth Harvest Foundation, Rights and Responsibilities Initiative, RUWA Ghana, Pure Trust Foundation and MIHOSO International Foundation have joined forces to launch nationwide Gender Transformative Campaigns to combat Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and discrimination in Ghana.
The official signing of the agreement took place at GIZ Governance & Peace office in Accra.
These campaigns are aimed at sparking a collective reflection on harmful biases, challenge stereotypes, and uplift communities – especially by addressing prejudices while targeting young boys and men.
Let’s change the narrative, empower lives, and stand up for equal rights!
This initiative is funded by the Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) and implemented under the Support to Human Rights, Gender Equality and Civil Society Project of the Deutsche Gessellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH.
