Office of Special Prosecutor and EOCO strengthen inter-agency intelligence to combat crimes

The Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng on Monday, 10 March 2025 paid a visit to the new leadership of Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) to strengthen inter-agency collaboration including intelligence and investigations in the fight against corruption and economic and organised crimes.
The SP was accompanied by the OSP’s Director for investigations, Emmanuel Basintale, while the EOCO leadership team included the Acting Executive Director, Abdulai Bashiru Dapilah, the Deputy Executive Director, Raymond Archer, Deputy Director in charge of Intelligence and Monitoring, Aba Jacqueline Opoku, and the technical assistant to the management, Ben Ndego.
Anti-Corruption advocates have indicated that there should be more collaborations between Ghana’s anti-graft agencies in the fight against corruption.
