The province of Nouaceur laid the foundation stone for the Bouskoura Park Resort this Tuesday, a major project marking a new stage in the tourism, economic, and urban development of Bouskoura Ville Verte , in the Casablanca region. The ceremony was held in the presence of authorities and numerous dignitaries, including Mr. Jalal Benhayoun, Governor of the Province of Nouaceur; Mr. Abdellatif Mazouz, President of the Casablanca-Settat Region; Mr. Salmane Belayachi, Director General of the Casablanca-Settat Regional Investment Center (CRI); Mr. Imad Barrakad, Director General of the Moroccan Society of Tourism Engineering (SMIT); as well as Mr. Ramsay Rankoussi and Mr. Erwan Garnier, representatives of the Radisson Hotel Group.
Bouskoura Park is part of an ambitious regional development strategy, aligned with Casablanca’s evolution as the economic heart of the Kingdom . Conceived as an integrated urban resort , the project aims to become a leading destination , combining upscale hotels, business tourism, wellness, culture, leisure, and services within a protected natural environment. This project represents a total investment of over 300 million dirhams and is expected to generate more than 500 direct and indirect jobs , thus strengthening its economic and regional impact.
In a context where Morocco is confirming its position as a major tourist destination on a regional and international scale , Bouskoura Park aligns with national objectives aimed at strengthening the tourism offering, enhancing the attractiveness of the region, and promoting sustainable, responsible, and value-creating tourism . The project also addresses the region’s growing need for infrastructure to host major events .

Situated on a plot of land spanning over 5.3 hectares , opposite the Casa Green Town Golf Course and in close proximity to the Bouskoura Forest , the complex benefits from a strategic location within one of the region’s main green spaces.
