Mama Acheampong, the music teacher of late Ghanaian Highlife legend, Daddy Lumba, has shared her profound memories of the singer.
In an interview with Ghana Web on July 31, 2025, Mama Acheampong shared how talented the late musician was, adding that Lumba was brilliant and equally multitalented.
“He had a sharp voice and could make music on the spot. So, I took him as the choir prefect, and through him, the queen mother of Juaben bought the first choir robes the school had”, Mama Acheampong noted.
