American pop superstar Lady Gaga has welcomed her first child with her fiancé, technology entrepreneur Michael Polansky, according to multiple U.S. media reports.
The 40-year-old singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, and Polansky, 42, were recently photographed with their newborn during a walk in Northern California, reportedly confirming the arrival of their first child.
Gaga and Polansky began dating around 2019–2020 and announced their engagement in 2024. Gaga publicly referred to Polansky as her fiancé during the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The birth marks a major personal milestone for the Grammy-winning singer, who has spoken openly about her desire to become a mother. In previous interviews, Gaga described motherhood as her “next starring role” and expressed her hopes of building a family.
The couple has largely kept their relationship out of the public spotlight. Reports indicate that they also scaled back their professional commitments during the summer to spend time with their newborn.
Neither Gaga nor Polansky has publicly revealed the baby’s name, sex or exact date of birth. Gaga’s representatives had also not issued a detailed statement on the reported arrival at the time of publication.
The news comes months after Gaga completed her Mayhem Ball world tour in April 2026, following the release of her sixth studio album, Mayhem.
