Mr. Gihan De Zoysa has been named the General Manager of Rock City Hotel, in Ghana’s Eastern Region.
In a statement, the Management said, ”We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gihan De Zoysa as the General Manager of Rock City Hotel”.
Mr. De Zoysa brings over 15 years of international experience in the luxury hospitality industry, having successfully managed and launched high-end resorts, boutique hotels, and city properties across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Recognized for his strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial expertise, he has led multiple pre-opening, rebranding, and repositioning projects, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and strong business performance. His expertise spans hotel operations, revenue optimization, F&B development, and strategic sales & marketing, consistently delivering exceptional results in profitability and occupancy rates.
Before joining Rock City Hotel, Mr. De Zoysa served as the Cluster General Manager of Arachuga Properties in Tanzania, where he successfully managed a portfolio of luxury 5-star boutique hotels and villas, driving business growth and operational success.
