Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States, Victor Emmanuel Smith, has intensified efforts to position Ghana as a leading hub for digital transformation in Africa, following a high-level engagement with global technology leader Microsoft.
The meeting, held Friday, April 24, 2026 in Greater Seattle in Washington State, forms part of a broader diplomatic and economic strategy by the Embassy of Ghana in Washington to attract cutting-edge technology partnerships, expand digital infrastructure, and equip Ghana’s workforce with 21st-century skills.
