Foreign Affairs Minister, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has been hosted by The Rt Hon Yvette Cooper (MP), Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom.
The Minister described the engagement as exceptional.
”Our exceptionally fruitful and substantive engagement focused on enhancing our historical and inseparable Ghana-UK relations”, he noted.
Ghana and UK agreed on innovative pathways to increase trade which is already up by 10%, creating new markets for Ghanaian and UK businesses and how we can incubate more opportunities for young entrepreneurs.
Mr. Ablakwa said they also discussed security cooperation and counterterrorism initiatives.
