The First Lady Mrs Lordina Mahama has urged the international community to remain steadfast in prayers for children.
Mrs Mahama was speaking on Monday at the Seventh Annual Prayer Service for Children, convened on the sidelines of the 80th Session of the UN General Assembly in New York, United States.

The event, which was organised by World Vision International in partnership with leading global faith-based and humanitarian organisations was the theme “A Moment of Hope”.
The first Lady is in New York for the 80th General Assembly together with spouse, President John Mahama and Forign Affairs Minister, Okudzeto Ablakwa amongst other.
President Mahama would address the word on Thursday at 4pm Ghana time.
